Extended hour clinics provided by our PCN Hayeswick, are now operating from Addington Road Surgery, every Saturday of the month.
All appointments are booked as telephone appointments at this time.
There are no face to face appointments unless you have been triaged by a doctor and asked to attend the surgery.
The five practices in the PCN Hayeswick, are allocated a limited number of slots which are bookable during the week at the individual surgeries.
There are no nurse appointments at the moment, but we will give an update on the available appointments in due time.
Prior to and during the pandemic, our PPG has been inactive.
We would now like to relaunch Addington Road Surgery PPG as a Virtual Group.
We are in the process of sending out emails to our patients that have previously shown an interest in being part of the PPG and would appreciate your input, thoughts and whether you would like to be involved in the Virtual Group or not.
Following the eConsult update of 24th May, we would like to inform patients that contact with the surgery via eConsults is a means of starting a consultation (a booked appointment) with a clinician, which should fall in line with the normal times patients would have access to the GP/surgery.
We understand that it can be easier for patients to complete an online ‘contact your doctor’ form during evenings and weekends (non-working hours) but we hope that you will take into consideration that these times are also out of working hours for the doctors/clinicians.
Therefore, we are advising patients that the eConsult application is now only available during surgery opening hours. Please see information on how to contact the surgery below.

We hope that eConsult has been a useful tool to starting a consultation with a clinician at the practice or if you have needed an admin query dealt with.
However, in recent times we have found that the eConsults received have been overwhelming and, like several other practices, would like to make them available for completion during surgery opening hours only, as would be the case with regular GP appointments.
24th May 2021
We are happy to inform our patients that our doors are open. We will continue to maintain social distancing and there will be no face to face appointments unless they have been triaged or confirmed on the day.
In order to protect you and our staff, we are allowing a maximum of 16 patients into the surgery at any one time. Face masks must be worn at all times, there are no exemptions while on the Practice premises.
