Safety and Quality of Care

‘CQC suspended the routine inspection programme in March 2020 in response to Covid-19. They have continued to use a mix of onsite and off-site monitoring to ensure the public have assurance as to the safety and quality of the care they receive. As we emerge from the pandemic we are further developing our monitoring approach. In accordance with this approach we carried out a review of the data available to us about Addington Road Surgery on 05-08-2021. We have not found evidence that we need to carry out an inspection or reassess our rating at this stage.

This could change at any time if we receive new information. We will continue to monitor data about this service.

If you have concerns about, Addington Road Surgery, you can give feedback on this service.

We have a New Appointment System…

Welcome back!

We are delighted to announce that from Monday 2nd August there will be a new appointment system with different booking options available. You may request a face to face, telephone or video consultation, whichever is more suitable to your needs. Appointments will be available 1 and 2 weeks in advance. However, we ask that if you have any respiratory symptoms, please do not request a face to face appointment, a clinician will contact you by telephone to assess whether it is necessary and appropriate to attend. To ensure the safety of our staff and patients we do ask that you continue to wear a face covering and abide to social distancing measures within the practice. Please do bear with us whilst we adjust to the new changes
