Please be aware that we have recently updated our telephone system to streamline patient access to our services. When you call in on 020 8462 5771, the revised options are as follows:

  • Press 1: Check and cancel your appointment.
  • Press 2: Appointments.
  • Press 3: Prescription Queries (between 2pm – 3pm).
  • Press 4: Test results (available from 2.30pm – 4.30pm or use the NHS App).
  • Press 5: Secretaries (available between 11.30am – 2pm).
  • For all other enquiries, please hold.
