Out of Hours – NHS 111

If you have an urgent health problem that cannot wait until your doctor is open, then call free phone 111.  Your call will be answered by trained operators who will provide advice and direct you to the right local service.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones; you can call 111 anywhere in England making it easier for you to access urgent healthcare services when you need medical help fast.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
