How to Make an Appointment
Appointments can ONLY be booked by using AccuRx Patient Triage.

Patients can complete a patient triage form via AccuRX. This is an online communication platform and relies on the triaging skills of experienced GPs and Care Navigators to prioritise resources based on clinical and administrative need and direct patients to the most appropriate services.
When you receive an appointment at the practice, please ensure that you arrive on time.
By Phone
If you are unable to complete an patient triage form via AccuRX online you can call the surgery on 020 8462 5771 and a care navigator will complete the triage form on your behalf while on the line.
In Person
Patients can visit the surgery and and a care navigator will complete the triage form for you on your behalf.
Home Visits
Home visits are only for patients who are housebound or too ill to attend the surgery. It is better for you to be seen at the surgery where there are better diagnostic tools and better facilities to properly assess you. A clinical patient triage form via AccuRX will still need to be completed to determine the patient needs.
Cancelling Your Appointment
You can call the surgery on 020 8462 5771. Press 1 to check and cancel your appointment.
A lot of money is wasted in the NHS every year by patients who do not attend a booked appointment.
If you receive an appointment reminder via text message and want to cancel it, you can text back CANCEL which will immediately cancel the appointment. Alternatively, you can call your practice to cancel your appointment.
If you can no longer make your appointment, it is very important you let the practice know so this can be offered to another patient.
Interpreting and Translation Support
The Practice has a professional translating service to offer translation for patients whose first language is not English.
The service can also provide a BSL interpreter to provide sign language for patients with
hearing difficulties.
Please ensure you point this out when completing a patient triage AccuRX that you require this support, so this can be arranged for your appointment.
