Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, the Surgery is currently working with a skeletal team. This may continue for the next couple of weeks.
A number of our staff have tested positive for the COVID 19 virus and are now in isolation. This has affected colleagues that they have been in contact with, who have also been told to self-isolate.
We would like to apologise for the inconvenience this will cause, as calls will take longer to be answered, and we may not be able to deal with most admin queries. We will try our best with the limited staff available, to deal with urgent issues as quickly as possible. Could we ask patients to use the econsult here on the website, rather than calling the surgery and holding for longer than usual to be answered, they will be dealt as soon as possible. If your call or query is urgent please do call the surgery, we will try to answer as quickly as we can.
Again we ask that you kindly bear with us during these unprecedented and difficult times.
